On the verdant pasture, wide and grand, Stand cows, in a peaceful band. They ponder, in deep repose, About the day that now draws close.
“How was your day?” asks cow Berta, “Full of sunshine, no rain, no run. The grass so lush, the air so clear, A day like this brings joy sincere.”
Young Bull Miguel nods with a sigh so light, “A day of leisure, that feels just right, Yet bothered we were by a pesky fly, That irked me a bit, I can't deny.”
Humberto chuckles and then adds, “I met the new cow, amidst the grassy pads, She seems nice, though a bit shy, Perhaps soon she'll join us, you'll see why.”
So they chatter away, in their bovine tongue, About their day on the verdant rung. Till the sun sets low, the moon ascends high, And the cows rest, beneath the starry sky.
